Requirements for Breeding and Internal Documentation Forms
Each form of breeding and internal documentation (pedigree, metric certificate, certificate of origin, kennel certificate, identification card, title certificate, etc.) must include:

The name of the organization that issued the document

The name of our joint international organization – World Breeders Federation

The official logo
Documents subject to strict record-keeping must also have:

Additional holographic protection (with the words “WBF” or “Original”)

The official seal and contact details of the issuing organization

1. Родовід
Родовід тварини обов’язково повинен містити таку інформацію:

2. Метрика
Метрика повинна містити таку інформацію:

Кличка

Назва розплідника

Номер мікрочіпа

Кличка і номер родоводу матері

Кличка і номер родоводу батька
-
Ім’я та прізвище заводчика і його контактні дані
3. Сертифікат розплідника
Сертифікат розплідника повинен містити:

Назву розплідника

Номер сертифіката
-
Ім’я та прізвище заводчика і його контактні дані

Дату видачі
Термін дії сертифіката — один рік, якщо не вказано інше.
4. Формат номера родоводу
Номер родоводу повинен містити рік видачі та абревіатуру організації, яка його видала.
5. Розташування інформації
Розташування цієї інформації зазначено у наданих зразках документів.
Requirements for Animal Pedigree and Related Certificates
1. Pedigree Requirements
The animal’s pedigree must include the following information:

-
Name
-
Sex
-
Date of birth

Color

Microchip number

Pedigree number

Full name and address of the owner and breeder

Titles held (if any)

Notes on the presence or absence of DNA testing

The metric certificate must contain the following information:

3. Kennel Certificate
The kennel certificate must include:

The validity period is one year, unless otherwise specified.
4. Pedigree Number Format
The pedigree number must include the year of issue and the abbreviation of the organization that issued it.
